Shipping & Delivery
Nola is committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of placing your order. Most orders are delivered within 2 to 4 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
Your order will be packed, sealed and shipped from our dedicated company warehouse. Each parcel is packed with utmost care and special insulated padding and protection.
Cancellation, Refunds & Returns
Cancellations
Any cancellation of your order, can only be done within 24 hours of order. To facilitate the cancellation, we request you to please email us at: support@drinknola.in, mentioning your “Order Ref. Number”.
Refunds
In order to get a full refund, please return the item(s) to us in their original packing in unopened and undamaged condition, with all original tags/labels attached along with proof of purchase within Seven (7) days from date of receipt of items(s) at your end. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Returns
To start a return, you can contact us at support@drinknola.in If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support@drinknola.in

Damages & Non-Returnable Items
Damages & Issues
If Products Received Are Damaged : Do not worry! As stated above, we take utmost care into making sure your product reaches you safely. But in the unforeseen situation you receive your product in a damaged condition, please email us at support@drinknola.in mentioning your Order ID. We promise we will resolve your issue, leaving you 100% satisfied.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and Combos (such as cross branded product combos with other brands offered at drinknola.in.com). NOTE: COMBOS INCLUDES ANY PRODUCT PACKS WHICH INCLUDE CROSS-SKU PACKAGING, EX. NOLA HOUSEPARTY ESSENTIALS.
